Motion sickness can really put a cramp in your travel style. Motion sickness prone? If you're at sea or traveling by car, bus or train, you'll need long term remedies and tips on motion sickness prevention. If you're flying, you may just need to avail yourself of the "barf bag", but you can still try to make motion sickness on a plane as painless as possible.
