iPods are becoming true world travelers: the tunes-toting Apple mp3 players are now available in vending machines in some airports and hotels, like the Atlanta airport and Las Vegas Hilton, should you find yourself iPod-less on the road. How to fill it from an airport? Load your iPod via laptop in flight -- some airlines, like Lufthansa, offer free internet access in the air. And according to Australia's The Age, Apple and two aviation communications companies are in talks that would lead to providing iPod access to the iTunes music store on planes via iPod docks built into seatbacks, though international copyright and downloading issues would have to be resolved.
