New and restrictive carry on rules that took effect on US and UK flights this year can already be pretty problematic for some travelers; now, you'll also need to be ready if you're flying to, through or around the EU (European Union), Norway, Iceland and Switzerland starting November 6. She said liquids have to be in a sandwich sized ziplock. That’s not right. It’s got to be in a single quart-sized ziplock, which is bigger than the sandwich bag.
