Spring Break Planning - Rosarito Beach

The top spring break destinations for 2007 are out, and Mexico's Rosarito Beach is number two this year -- the Baja city landed in fourth place last year after stats were in, and it's moved up this spring in large part because no passport is needed to drive, bus, or walk across the Mexican border: you can do exactly that at the San Diego/Tijuana border crossing, just north of Rosarito Beach.
