The latest tip in the series that About.com's Guide to Africa Travel, Anouk Zijlma, is putting together on dealing with tourist touts in Africa is a good one: "The Black Market"; Anouk's latest tip tells you why you shouldn't exchange your money on the black market in Africa. So far, the series also includes: "Assume nothing is 'free'" and "Hotels don't suddenly disappear, fill up or move to a bad location" -- check 'em out.
