If you'd like to be among the thousands going porcine wild in downtown Edinburgh, Scotland, on New Year's Eve

, know that tickets have just gone on sale for Hogmanay, a four day New Years celebration with major music, fireworks, carnivals and cavorting in the streets. Street passes for New Year's Eve are £5 -- pretty cheap for a full night of fun. Last year's Hogmanay was cancelled because of gale force winds, but we heard the gazillion folks who showed up for the revelry still reveled the night away...
