College Campus Tours by Train

Wednesday October 17, 2007
Now's the time of year to check out your prospective college's campus, but check this out before you make travel plans: Amtrak offers a free companion ticket to high school students traveling for that very reason. That's 50% off provided you're planning to bring a parent or guardian along for the ride; check out the college tour details, too. Amtrak also gives you a 15% discount anytime with an ISIC card, and Greyhound offers anyone a 50% discount on a companion ticket or a straight 15% discount to Student Advantage Card holders.
