New Eurail Passes

Tuesday February 5, 2008
Eurail started the 2008 year of travel with seven new European train passes -- Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark-Sweden, Finland-Sweden, Norway-Sweden, Scandinavia (replaces the ScanRail pass and covers Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden), and Slovenia. Travelers under 26 get a great discount on Eurail passes -- $400 for the Scandinavian big hoss pass (10 days in 2 months), for instance, compared to $534 for adults (do see if you can save money with point to point European train tickets over Eurail passes before you buy, though).
