Costa Rica Driving Maps

Monday November 3, 2008
We watch Central America writer Kristen Hubbard's blog on a regular basis for bits of wisdom on travel to one of our favorite parts of the world, and she doesn't disappoint this week as she delivers a link to an utterly great Costa Rica driving map -- an interactive route planner that lets you construct a driving trip around things like surf spots, according to Kristen. We've been playing with it for an hour now, and have a great trip all set up (now we just have to take it). Check it out for your own fantasy planning:

Costa Rica’s transit laws change bigtime come Sept 2009. The fines will be tremendous, and a lot of new requirements. Anyone considering driving in Costa Rica should get informed at newleydetransito.com
