Melbourne New Year's Eve Happenings

Tuesday December 30, 2008
Melbourne's not a substitute for Sydney on New Year's Eve -- nope, Australia's city of the arts has its own fab New Year's scene happening, and it's worth checking out if you're down under. Look for the New Year's Eve action at Federation Square or Melbourne clubs; you may want to save yourself for Summerdayze on New Year's Day, though -- tickets are sold out, but give it a gold star effort and you may get in to see major dj's at Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
