Q. Do I need travel immunizations or shots for travel?

A. Whether or not you need travel immunizations (shots for travel) depends in part on where you will be traveling. Not every country is going to demand that you already have shots before you travel to that country -- your concern will be more whether you *want* immunizations for travel. If you're traveling in the next two months, learn more now about finding out which travel immunizations are recommended by guv health folks, figuring out where and how you might need to prove you've had 'em, and who wants to know. Some shots may require some time, and malaria pills, though not shots, need to be dealt with about six weeks before you travel (four weeks of pill popping time).
