Guide Review - Sanuk "Cut It Out" Flip Flops
Perhaps the superior "Cut It Out" Sanuk flip flop is not a result of stem cell research, but just a by-product of working in a factory on the sea, as do the Sanuk folks -- trek in enough sand and you design a better flip flop. Sanuk's "wire" mesh bed is extremely cushy and practical: sand and dirt fall through the sproingy, rubbery coils and feet grip the bed without effort. As a plus, unobstructed airflow through the mesh bed creates an antibacterial environment ( be gone, slick and stinky soles).
In fact, the idea is so innovative that none other than Speedo bought rights to the patent; you might have seen it at superstores. Buy not. The real deal from Sanuk has a comfy foam midsole and darling designs are stamped into the beds: pink flamingos, no less.
I happily walked all over Acapulco in Sanuk's wire bed flip flops, and a teacher on the same student travel trip loved them equally: a former ballerina, she's got perennial ouch feet and these guys not only didn't hurt her erstwhile tortured tootsies, they felt downright good.
Give 'em a try. You've got nothing to lose but sand between your toes.
