Wake Up London offers a decent phone area with a cash machine near by, and a travel desk just down the hall -- however, whomever mans the travel desk must actually be there, apparently, before guests can get at the wealth of London tourist literature within; if the travel desker isn't due for days, as was the case during my Spring, 2006, visit, you're out of luck for a London map. Front desk employees were helpful with directions and orientation, however, and the hostel is just three blocks from the tube and bus.
