Hostel Guadalajara Centro Photos

Guadalajara has two HI (Hostelling International) hostels, the Hostel Guadalajara Centro and the Hostel de Maria. The Hostel de Maria is a terrific place -- well kept, clean, reasonable and friendly in a safe neighborhood. The Hostel Guadalajara Centro is like the oldest frat house on campus -- friendly, dirty, noisy. Both are within a couple of minutes walk from the Guadalajara cathedral in the the Guadalajara centro (center). Myself, I'd stay in the Hostel de Maria anytime, and I'd recommend it to friends. The Hostal Guadalajara -- you get what you pay for, which may be all you need. Check it out for yourself:
