Noto Verboonen built this horno, or Mexico cookstove, without a blueprint but with a plan in his heart. Friends helped him construct the old fashioned stove in La Barra de Potosi according to his feeling -- he intuitively understood how it should be done, he said. I had the pleasure of eating a tremendous feast in Noyo's tiny Pacific coast village and the food tastes like it was made with love.
