Roasted Corn Vendor in Patzcauro

Roasted corn at Mexico street stands is one of those things you must eat in Mexico. You can buy it by the ear or chow the shelled kernels from a cup with mayo and cream. Remember to step off the beaten path for often-memorable meals in Mexico (and an incredibly edible ear of street vendor-roasted Mexican corn, dosed with lime and chile powder, is memory-making indeed).

This gringo teen is at a fiesta in the beautiful Mexico mountain town of Patzcuaro, where Day of the Dead (November 1) is another time to find the most fab street food around.
