Travelers need an inflatable neck pillow no matter what -- this ain't just for stodgy suits in biz class. It's handy for sleeping in airports and train stations, which happens to budget travelers. And, of course, it's a comfort device and an anti-embarrassment measure in airplane seats: keeps your head from falling forward and lets you avoid that mega drool thing on your shirtfront that happens while you develop the world's worst neck crick.
