Baja offers a pretty easy introduction to Mexican food in Mexico -- taco stands are like what you may be used to in parts of the US, especially Southern California, and many menus are in English and Spanish. Juice stands in Baja offer juices you'd never see deeper in Mexico, like wheat grass, but do have some authentically Mexican flavors, like strawberry and mango.
