Rent ATV's, or the modern dune buggy -- quads, or quad runners -- on the Rosarito Public Beach. I haven't been to 'em, but Aguiluchos does hang gliding and gets good recommendations. Ask around your hotel about surf lessons, call the Rosarito Beach Hotel at 612-0537, or drop by the surf camp at kilometer 34 (yeah, that's it) and see if you can meet some folks - check out the Rosarito Beach surf guide, too.
