From the US Dep't of State: "Gilman Scholarships provide up to $5,000 for American students to pursue overseas study for college credit. IIE - Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program
If you're receiving federal Pell Grant funding at a 2-year or 4-year college or university, you may qualify for up to $5000 for a study abroad scholarship from the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program, through the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, administered by the Institute of International Education.
Golden Key Member Study Abroad Scholarships and Awards
"Those eligible are undergraduate members who are currently enrolled in a study abroad program or will be enrolled the academic year immediately following the granting of the award.
