Pimp My Itinerary

Some called the new travel guidebooks from an MTV-Frommer's partnership "trendy" (and making reference to "Pimp My Ride", of course): inferences were that you will find the guidebooks inspirational because using words like "awesome" and "totally" are the way you'll understand travel recommendations.

Like, whatever.

MTV travel guides like "MTV Italy" and "MTV Ireland," the first in the series from the music vid network and the old-line travel publishing house, were actually extremely decent guides, and new titles like "MTV Europe" and guides on Spain, France, England, US road trips and Mexico's beaches look good. We're getting ready to read MTV Spain and then, like, go there. We'll let you know if you it was like, totally awesome.
