The Ujena Bikini Jam is intended as an event not only for fun and frolic, but to provide publication chances for apsiring and professional models and photographers. Bikini Jam takes place in Puerto Vallarta every Labor Day, and is a week of star power, networking and the letting of some good times roll (check out the Photographers in Action photo gallery index for photographers at play in Puerto Vallarta, or models in Puerto Vallarta clubs). Aspiring models are vying for the title of One Model Place's Ujena Model of the Year, and winning photographers will see their work published in Ujena swimwear catalog. Photographers, models and sponsors pay all of their own expenses during the week (packages at the hotel being used as headquarters are available), and no talent fees are paid. Entry fee in 2007 was $395.
