The view above is near the Green River in Utah -- when I hit this stretch on my Sacramento-Colorado trip, I knew from the red rocks and blue blue sky that I was close to the mountains and rivers of home and I had just been in Australia and California for over a month; getting to the Rocky Mountains felt like dreaming-come-true.
