I think I have them
- I got a bite on my hand it turn red swelled and itched like mad. I was on a camping trip in a used fifth wheel. I am afraid I could have brought them into my home? Maybe the former owner sold it because it was infested? It has been a week now and bite looks infected. I believe part of these problems is all the illegals bring them in.I know this is not PC but I believe it is part of problem.

My Worse Nightmare
- HELLO, WELL I AM GOING TO TELL THE WORLD HOW MUCH I HATE EVERY LIVING CRAWLING, FLYING INSECT. I HATE ALL OF THEM AND WISH THEY CAN ALL DIE.THEY MAKE ME SO SCARE. THE MOST THING THAT I HATE SO MUCH IS BEDBUGS.THEY ARE MY ENEMY.THEY BITE ME ALL THE TIME AND I GET SO FRUSTRATED AND BREAK DOWN AND CRY. I CAN'T TAKE THEIR BITES ANYMORE AND THEM BEING IN MY ROOM.I CAN'T EVN SLEEP AT NIGHT BECUASE I'M SCARE THAT THEY ARE GOIN TO COME TO SUCK MY BLOOD AND MAKE WELTS ON MY SKIN.PLUS THE MOST WORST PART OF ALL I CAN'T STOP SCRATCHING AND IT MAKES SCARS. THESE DISCUSSING CREATURES ARE MY WORST NIGHTMARE THEY ARE DESTROYING MY LIFE BECAUSE I'M SO SCARE OF THEM. I NEVR SAW ONE BEFORE UNTIL ONE DAY I WAS SITTING ON THE FLOOR I SAW ONE CRAWLING ON MY BED. I WAS SO MAD I TRIE TO SQUISH IT AND IT TRY TO RUN AWAY.AT THE END I GOT MY REVENGE BY KILLING IT. I WISH THEY CAN JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.SO I CAN JUST BE F . I EVN TRY SPRAYING EDBUG SPRAY BUT THET DIN'T WORK.THEY ARE I WISH THEY CAN JUST STOP BITING

- Great - looks like I've brought bed bugs home from Baltimore... $2600 matress that is only 2 years old. All my Summer clothes are out and around the room from packing and unpacking - ugh!!

Little crawling horrors
- The baby has had little bumps for two days, and I'm thinking it was mosquitoes as were were outside those evenings and I didn't spray him down. And then this morning I wake up with all these quarter-sized, madly itching welts from the backs of my knees to almost all the way up into my business. I have never seen the like on my body in my life, and I've had chicken pox and bad poison ivy. I have rubbed baking soda onto damp skin for a little relief, and gotten the benadryl spray, but it sticks to everything and comes off when I sit. Ordered the big ziplock bags to store all the linens and clothing in after hot-laundering everything, ordered bug proof covers for the mattresses, pillows and box springs, and will start getting estimates from the bug people beginning tomorrow. This place is going to be a war zone until further notice, and when hubby comes back home he and all his stuff will be going through decontamination procedures. Meanwhile, I FLIPPING ITCH.

- unfortunatly, i've been encountered with bed bugs!! i gotta say, they are the nastiest little creatures i've ever seen. i fell alseep on the ground at my mom's house one night and the next mourning i noticed red bumps all over my body. i was bitten at least fifty times. they were very itchy!!! they went away after a week or so..

They can really cause damage
- I mostly have bedbug bites on my torso, but also on my arms, ankles, neck, and calf. The worst ones are in and around my armpit. Elsewhere I have series of bites that form lines on my body. My gf thought the lines were beginning to look like cryptic symbols haha. I have lines on my chest, neck, and around my waist line (front and back) where my belt would be. I must have at least 100 bites throughout my body. It's been like three weeks now and the scars/bites are on vaguely showing signs of disappearing. I haven't applied any scar healing creams yet because up until now I've been too focused on finding the best itch relief cream. I recommend benadryl extra strength for insect bites. Now that itching has mostly subsided, I need to quickly deal with healing my scars.

- Bed bugs here. Did'nt think they existed even after I was warned. Found the typical adults on sheets - usually only one every few days. The worst was when I discovered the nymphs. They are very small and you realize that they can be anywhere. The warmer the environment the faster they move. Sprays and fummigation seem to have little effect.

so rude
- it is so rude to have bed bugs and not tell all. we washed of ours clothes in hot warer and sealed them in plastic pags. then extermated our home 3 times. we then had to clean every 28 days then spraqyed again with an agent that makes the steral. we have been doing this sinc sept 2009. do you think you were nice to not tell your host what kind good people you were. check yourself out again. i am sure you would be happy if they did that to you again. you are a very sorry friend. i am glad you ARE not my friend or maybe your were. if you were thanks for nothing.

Attacked by an adult bed bug!
- Never had any Bed Bug problems until my boyfriend came back from Military leave, Im guessing one of thoughs little quitters found its way on his backpack or clothing. He left beggining of the year, around 2 weeks later thats when I noticed bites on my son, then about 3 weeks after I noticed some type of bite on myself. I was thinking mosquitoes coming in thru the cracked window. Turns out, I was wrong! One day I woke up late at night becuase I recieved a text, then from the coner of my eye i saw a small bug the size of the little roaches. I got up in a rush! (bugaphobic) Ran to turn on the light and saw it but it had fell and went somewhere under my bed. I never found it until today! Like 1 week in a half later, I had my baby laying on my bed, and I was surfing the web. She started to cry for her bottle so I turned the light on and removed the blanket then I saw it, & put an end to it! & yes we had rash wherever it bit us, & healing was about 1 week later.

it's suck
- have bedbug bites now! i moved in the new sharehouse 2 weeks ago. it was fine. but since this week, i got heaps on my leg at first night, the arms and ankle... i couldn't sleep cause the itchy and burn. the worst thing is i even feel many many bugs walking on my body when i just close eyes!!

- I have bed bug bites from holiday on the Gold Coast in an exclusive home on the canals. At first i tought it was mozzie bites but i have done a research on the netand found its bed bugs bites. Its been over a week since we returned and i still have the bites still itching like crazy. The worst thing is my husband is a Pest Controller and he was bitten too......

- A bed bug bite itches like crazy and I felt like I couldn't find a way to stop itching! I thought my skin would tear off and never recover. I wouldn't wish bed bugs on anyone! I thought bed bugs was just a part of the quote, "Goodnight, and don't let the bed bugs bite!" I never would've imagined that they were actually real.

My new apartment
- aka "Why did I sign a 1 year lease??" I moved into an apartment, downtown LA. Sure, super cheap, but man do I wish I had never moved in. My first night I was welcomed by german cockroaches.. Bleh! Never lived with roaches before so I bought 2 electric high frequency repealler, nope, these things are garbage. Bought spray and traps, no dice, still all over. Oh yeah, this was about the bed bugs.. At first I thought it was misquotes. hung up 3 sticky fly strips in my tiny studio apartment and an out door bug zapper.. All were bone dry. Kept getting welts that turned to dime-sized scabs that ooze clear-yellow puss.. they take about a month to heal. The area swells huge and becomes burning hot for 2-3 days right after.. One morning felt something on me, jumped up and it fell onto bed. Looks like flat tick. Sprayed with bug spray. Now see these things everywhere, bathroom, ground, couch, place is just swarming with them. Lather camp bug spray on body nightly.next 'skito net

Bed Bugs
- Its awful! I've been semi-homeless for the last year and half..going from one friend's house to the next and motel to motel...have no idea where I picked them up and am afraid to tell the friend I'm staying with....so I laundered all clothes I just wore, but not all in very hot water....and vacuumed.. I don't know what they thought...even went to Wal=mart and got spray but decided not to use it becuz they were home and I know they'de smell it. I'm just hoping its hives and not bed bugs, but it sure looks like them :-(

Little Buggers
- I got several bites mainly on my arms between the elbow and wrist and on my legs between the knee and ankle. They looked more like a mosquito bite than the red bumps pictured on this site. Mine didn't change color, only little welts about the size of dimes and they itched quite a bit
